Key Responsibilities:
- Providing the required technical assistance to the field staff whenever required.
- Assisting for the development of field staff / training of the field staff and improving the overall quality of the service and products.
- Ability to work with flexible times and provide support when required.
- Proactive involvement in identification of product related faults and provide necessary solutions by coordinating with senior staff and Schindler principals if required.
- Check the safety regulations and codes are met and complete the assign tasks verifying conformance to standards.
- Maintaining and analyzing the technical logs, details and breakdown details for future implementations and corrective actions.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in engineering field.
- Possess GCE A/L.
- Possess degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Good leadership skills.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills.
- Sound technical knowledge.
- Problem Solving & Negotiation Skills.
- Strategic thinker.
- Good Presentation Skills.
- Good command of English & Sinhala.
- IT literacy.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure.
