Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable for site safety, installation quality, and productivity during installation and handovers.
• Responsible for site readiness, proactive preparations, and resolution of customer-side issues.
• Verify site execution plans, manage field costs, and take over installation execution responsibility after the pre-delivery review.
• Plan and organize site logistics, storage, resources, and tool availability.
• Perform detailed handovers to subcontractors, defining scope, deadlines, and key milestones.
• Maintain professional and proactive communication, ensuring high customer satisfaction through timely updates and high-standard workmanship.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with subcontractors, ensuring contract compliance and commitment.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
• Knowledge of installation standards, safety regulations, and quality control methods.
• Experience working with subcontractors and leading field teams.
• Familiar with project management tools, technical drawings, and site reporting systems.
• 1 – 2 years of experience with degree/ 2 – 3 years of experience with diploma in mechanical/ electrical.
• Experience in installation projects preferably from elevators/ escalators.
