Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for site safety, installation quality, and productivity during installation and handovers.
- Responsible for site readiness, proactive preparations, and resolution of customer-side issues.
- Verify site execution plans, manage field costs, and take over installation execution responsibility after the pre-delivery review.
- Plan and organize site logistics, storage, resources, and tool availability.
- Perform detailed handovers to subcontractors, defining scope, deadlines, and key milestones.
- Maintain professional and proactive communication, ensuring high customer satisfaction through timely updates and high-standard workmanship.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with subcontractors, ensuring contract compliance and commitment.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
- Knowledge of installation standards, safety regulations, and quality control methods.
- Experience working with subcontractors and leading field teams.
- Familiar with project management tools, technical drawings, and site reporting systems.
- 1 – 2 years of experience with degree/ 2 – 3 years of experience with diploma in mechanical/ electrical.
- Experience in installation projects preferably from elevators/ escalators.
